a. Project Location: Work shall be performed under this Contract on the campus of the University of Iowa at Hospital Parking Ramp 3, 800 Evashevski Drive, Iowa City, IA. b. The Constructor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment necessary for, and incidental to, construction of this project as indicated on Drawings dated April 7, 2022. c. Work shall include everything requisite and necessary to finish work properly, notwithstanding that not every item of labor or materials or accessories required to make project complete may be specifically mentioned. d. General Description of Work: 1) Project consists of modernization of the elevators XELA1 and XELA2, including cab finishes and painting of the hoistway and cab exterior, and mechanical and electrical code upgrades in the hoistway and machine room as required. 2) Alternates: None 3) Allowances: None 4) Unit Prices: None
