Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Richmond, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

Scope of Work of the Contract includes the following: mobilization, bonds and insurance, and permits; demolition of the existing concrete sidewalk and pavement; installation of a multistage centrifugal blower, local control panel and disconnect, concrete blower slab, concrete blower foundation, and concrete sidewalk; replacement of the existing air header; installing piping, valves, fittings, coatings, and supports; demolition and replacement of the weir plate in the elevated headworks; demolition of the existing chlorine feed and storage equipment; installation of one 900-gallon single wall polyethylene bleach storage tank, concrete tank pad, concrete containment curb, concrete coatings, piping, valves, fittings, and supports; installation of sump pit and emergency shower and eyewash; installation of a floor-mounted bleach pump skid with three (3) peristaltic pumps, piping, valves, and fittings; demolition and replacement of the PVC chemical feed piping; piping modifications in the chemical storage building; installation of electrical equipment, instrumentation, lighting, conduit, and wire; and temporary facilities; including all incidental components as shown on the construction drawings and contract documents for a complete and operational system. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount Bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided, and provide the required insurance certificates within seven (7) days after the date Contract Documents are received by the Contractor. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project.
