Chemicals to be utilized at the Ralph Bollman Water Treatment Plant, Concord; Randall Bold Water Treatment Plant, Oakley; City of Brentwood Water Treatment Plant Oakley; Las Vaqueros Watershed, Brentwood; and Pine Hollow Chlorine Booster Station Concord. As part of the Invitation to Bid response package, vendors must supply a minimum of three trade references from potable water agencies or municipalities. All vendors must provide NSF certification for the chemical works of origin for all treatment chemicals bid unless otherwise detailed in the Contra Costa Water District specifications. Failure to provide NSF certification as required will constitute a non-responsive. Insurance questions can be directed to the Purchasing Officer, Brian K. Jackson via email at bjackson@ccwater.com. Contra Costa Water District does not obligate itself to accept the lowest bid or any particular bid but specifically reserves the right to reject any or all bids or Contra Costa Water District will accept any bid or combination of bids considered most favorable. All quantities are estimated quantities and are given for informational purposes only. Nothing in these estimated annual quantities must be construed as obligating to purchase specific quantities, as these quantities may vary depending on actual operating conditions and demand. No faxed or email bids will be accepted. Bidders must also provide with their hard copy bid (paper) an electronic version on a flash drive containing all required documentation in Word, Excel, or PDF format.
