SCOPE OF PROJECT The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: Rotary Plow and Carrier Vehicle for Airport Snow Removal Operations Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. Electronic drawings, specifications and bidding documents will be accessible/available only to those Bidders who are active members of the Prein&Newhof Plan Room. FUNDING The work to be performed under this contract will be financed and paid for by funds received from local, state and federal sources. BID SURETY A bid bond, certified check, or cashiers check payable to County of Oceana in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days after the receipt of bids. COMPLETION DATE The project shall be completed by the latter of October 31, 2022 or two hundred (200) days from date of Notice to Proceed.
