Site work and paving for a road / highway in Hart, Michigan. Completed plans call civil work for a road / highway.
The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: 3,900 feet of 8" and 12" sanitary sewer 2,860 feet of 6" to 8" ductile iron water main 1,270 feet of 8" and 15" storm sewer 4,600 feet of road reconstruction Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. A bid bond, certified check, or cashiers check payable to City of Hart in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. COMPLETION DATE All work shall be substantially completed (Roads open to traffic) on September 27, 2024. Final restoration and project completion shall occur on or before November 11, 2024.
