A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following approximate quantities: . 1,900 ft. of 12-inch sanitary sewer . 1,520 ft. of 8-inch to 12-inch water main . 1,600 ft. of road reconstruction Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. The work to be performed under this contract will be financed and paid for by funds received from by the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) State Revolving Fund (SRF) and with City of Hart local funds. SRF monies will be received by the City of Hart. Davis-Bacon/Prevailing Federal Wages apply to this project. Federal Labor Standards Provisions and associated documents that are incorporated in this contract are included in Appendix A. The SRF Project Number is 5722-01. The Contractor also will be required to comply with the debarment and American Iron and Steel contractual language included in Appendix A A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to City of Hart in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days after the receipt of bids. All work shall be substantially completed (Roads open to traffic) on September 30, 2023. Final restoration and project completion shall occur on or before November 12, 2023.
