Work shall include but is not limited to: Contract #1G: This work consists of the replacement of approximately 260 linear feet of 10' wideexisting sidewalk and relocation of existing signage and parking meters. Project Location: Rt-145 (Main St), Village of Middleburgh Demolition and replacement of approximately 210 linear feet of 10' wide existing sidewalk and curb, asphalt paving and striping, and relocation of existing signage and parking meters. A Pre-Bid conference will not be held for this project. Contract Documents may be examined at no expense on line at the following portal or at the office of Delaware Engineering, D.P.C., 28 Madison Ave Extension Albany NY, 12203. Any Bidder who submitted completed Bid Forms to the Village of Middleburgh, upon returning such set in good condition within thirty days following the award of the contract or rejection of the bids, will be refunded his full payment. Deposits will not be refunded to any non-bidder (including material suppliers, subcontractors, or those that provide quotes to Bidders).
