Site work and paving for a road / highway in McGrath, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

DNR West and East White Pine State Forest Road Resurface The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids to resurface approximately 1.4 miles of the West and East White Pine State Forest Road, located 10 miles north of the town of McGrath. Components of the project include gravel spreading, compaction and grading. A state owned gravel source (Pliny Pit located at 46 19' 16.8" x 93 13' 39.2") has been specified to use for this contract. Pliny Pit is 5 miles from the project area. No e-mail or faxed responses will be accepted. Failure to respond to latest event version may result in bid rejection. Please be aware that there are attachments to this event. The vendor is responsible for reviewing all attachments and complying with all requirements to this Event. DNR will be the determining factor if vendor meets specifications. Unit price must include all costs such as labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, use tax and all else necessary for completion of the project. Direct Pay Permit 1114 does not apply to this project. Award--Item, Group, Total: Responses that do not comply with the solicitation will be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and all terms and conditions. The State reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the State.
