Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ingersoll, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Thames Street South Watermain Replacement and Road Reinstatement (King Street to Ann Street): a. Full replacement of the existing 200mm dia, cast iron watermain with new 200mm dia. DR18 PVC pipe (or equivalent), new 150mm dia. DR18 PVC services and new 25mm dia. pex services. b. Supply and place new catchbasin frames and grates and new maintenance hole frames and lids, within the roadway. c. Complete restoration of the roadway, including all granulars for road base, HL8 and HL3 asphalt, HL3 asphalt driveways, concrete curb and gutters, concrete sidewalks, top-soil and sod restoration where required. The scope of work includes any works contingent to the completion of the project deliverables specified in the scope including but not limited to necessary dewatering, excavation, backfilling, pumping, drainage, sheathing, shoring, bracing, fencing, disposal of excess materials, saw cutting, cold mill planning. All such works and other related works required to complete the Contract as specified and shown on the drawings shall be supplied by the Contractor and shall form a part of the scope of work identified in this tender document.
