Funding for design services is being provided by The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) grant with federal funds administered by the State of Tennessee. By submission of a signed submittal, the submitter certifies total compliance with Title VI and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, and all regulations promulgated thereunder. Qualified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) are encouraged to submit. No submitted proposals may be withdrawn for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days after the scheduled closing time of the receipt of submittals.
