Renovation of a residential development in Blountville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Qualified state licensed general contractors are invited to participate in the bidding phase for the following residential rehabilitation projects through the First Tennessee Development District: Substantial Rehabilitation of Three (3) Homes under the Northeast Tennessee / Virginia HOME Consortium program Sullivan County, TN. All state licensed general contractors wishing to participate in bidding on the projects under the Hancock County THDA HOME, Hawkins County THDA HOME or Johnson City CDBG programs are strongly encouraged to attend this pre-bid conference. All state licensed general contractors wishing to participate in bidding on the projects under the Northeast Tennessee / Virginia HOME Consortium program are required to attend this pre-bid conference and participate in a pre-bid walk through of the property. Hancock County, Hawkins County, Sullivan County and the city of Johnson City, Tennessee, the Northeast Tennessee / Virginia HOME Consortium and the First Tennessee Development District are Equal Opportunity Employers and urge the participation of minority and female contractors. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
