Mechanical Ventilators All questions regarding this bid must be submitted via email to Kristinia Davis, Purchasing Agent at kris.davis@sullivancountytn.gov no later than November 2, 2022, by the end of business day. All questions will be answered in an addendum which will be issued on November 4, 2022, by end of business day. Funding for this bid is being provided by the Epidemiology Laboratory Capacity (ELC) Grant. By submission of a signed submittal, the submitter certifies total compliance with Title VI and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, and all regulations promulgated thereunder. Qualified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) are encouraged to submit. No submitted bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time of the receipt of submittals. Sullivan County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids received, to waive any informalities in bidding and to readvertise.
