Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Manhattan, Kansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The project will include but is not limited to the following major categories of work: * General/Mobilization: This bid item shall include, but not be limited to, the Contractor's labor, equipment, material, profit, overhead, insurance and bonding to mobilize equipment and labor for the entire project, job site toilets, concrete testing, debris removal, onsite superintendent, etc. * Engineered Wood Frame Building: Install/construct a wood frame building 40' wide x 40' length x 12' height building structure which includes a walk-in door and two (2) overhead doors with all doors on the west gabled end. One (1) overhead door shall be 10 feet tall by 12 feet wide. And one (1) overhead door shall be 8 feet tall by 10 feet wide. Structure must include concrete foundation and engineered stamped drawings. * Site Grading: Complete all site grading necessary to construct the building.
