Renovation of a municipal facility in Chariton, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
DOT is seeking an Overhead Door Company to furnish and install six (6) new overhead doors and tracks at the Chariton DOT Maintenance Pole Building as per specifications included in this solicitation. Question Cutoff Date 4/22/2022 07:00:00 PM (ET) DOT Estimated Start Date: ASAP upon contract award and Final completion on or before August 12, 2022. This is project is exempt from state sales tax. Please do not include sales tax in your bid amount. Any and all questions related to this project are to be submitted to Julie Randall in writing Contractor is required to conduct a final fit measurement prior to ordering of any materials to ensure accuracy of the measurement as the measurement above is an estimated measurement of the existing doors.
