No.: 510-529-5921 IAW FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Completion shall be 60 days after Notice to Proceed. SCOPE OF SERVICES: The Contractor shall provide all professional services necessary for the accomplishment of the contract project and such required services shall be in accordance with requirements as described herein. a. The Contractor shall provide services for the following tasks marked by an "X": [X] Provide a cost proposal to complete the project as per project requirements. [X] Provide and install all material to complete the project as per project requirements. 4.0 SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor will complete the following tasks: Main Roof: Clean up piles of debris and dispose of off-site. Pressure washes entire surface. Thoroughly clean beneath solar arrays and allow roof surface to dry. Roof area approx. 200 squares. Install a base coat of acrylic roof coating at the rate of 1.5 gallons per square and allow to dry. Install a topcoat of acrylic roof coating at the rate of 1.5 gallons per square. Provide a 5-year material warranty Walk Pad Replacement: Remove existing walk pads (approx. 200, but not the pads beneath safety railing, because they are in good condition) and tape residue stuck to roof and dispose of old materials off-site. Provide and install new 30" x 30" rubber walk pads along same paths that old pads were removed from and sealing the seams. Coating on North deck EPDM roof: Clean loose debris off deck and spray on an EPDM cleaner/ primer. Wash off cleaner and allow to dry. Install a base coat of acrylic roof coating at the rate of 1.5 gallons per square and allow to dry. Install a topcoat of acrylic roof coating at the rate of 1.5 gallons per square. The Contractor will work with site personnel to ensure project is accomplished in a timely manner. The Contractor's work shall adhere to the criteria stated within these project requirements, drawings, and specifications. All construction shall comply with applicable federal, state, and local code requirements as well as current industry standards, (i.e., EPA, ASTM, GSA, AASHTO, etc.) and health and safety codes, in effect at the time of contract award. Contractor is responsible for any damage to adjacent equipment and miscellaneous objects that may become damaged during installation of the project. The Contractor is responsible for making repairs to meet or exceed conditions prior to damage. The Contractor is responsible for visiting the site prior to submitting a bid to observe existing conditions. No compensation will be provided for conditions that would be visible during an on-site visit for persons experienced performing this type of work *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
