Description Of The Work In general the work included in the; slurry seals; adjusting utility covers to grade, installing traffic striping, marking and markers. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents and all applicable laws and regulations. BID OPENING PROCEDURE The bids shall be opened according to one of the following procedures: 1. Council Chambers at 23 Russell Boulevard, Davis, CA 95616. Bidders will be allowed to sit in the Council Chambers but at least 6 feet apart to adhere to social distancing requirements. 2. Outside of the Council Chambers at 23 Russell Boulevard, Davis, CA 95616. Bidders will be allowed to sit outdoors near the Council Chambers but at least 6 feet apart to adhere to social distancing requirements. 3. Taped Video. City staff will record the bid opening and make viewing of the video available to bidders to view in separate rooms at City facilities. 4. Live Video Feed. City staff will broadcast the bid opening by live video feed.
