Renovation of a stadium in Davis, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
In general the work the scope includes demolition and general construction including but not limited to: replacement of redwood siding; installation of new wood siding; patching, repairing, and recoating existing glued-laminated beams and columns; replacement of sheet metal flashings and coping; temporary removal of existing mechanical and electrical equipment to allow installation of new siding; the installation of stainless steel lettering; sheet metal flashing and trim; weather barriers; insulation; painting and staining. Questions will not be considered or answered 48 working hours prior to the bid opening. BID OPENING PROCEDURE The bids shall be opened according to one of the following procedures: 1. Council Chambers at 23 Russell Boulevard, Davis, CA 95616. Bidders will be allowed to sit in the Council Chambers but at least 6 feet apart to adhere to social distancing requirements. 2. Outside of the Council Chambers at 23 Russell Boulevard, Davis, CA 95616. Bidders will be allowed to sit outdoors near the Council Chambers but at least 6 feet apart to adhere to social distancing requirements. 3. Taped Video. City staff will record the bid opening and make viewing of the video available to bidders to view in separate rooms at City facilities.
