The University of California, Davis (University) invites qualified Suppliers to prepare and submit proposals to provide, as needed, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems, parts, and services. The University utilizes several OEMs across campus operations and is interested in proposals that help support varying manufacturers while driving standardization. In addition to existing requirements, the University is seeking suppliers who will advance the University's goals around reduced energy use, carbon neutrality and sustainable building standards. The University is engaged in a multi-year deferred maintenance program to advance systems reliability and environmental sustainability. The desired outcome of this RFP is to position University operations to meet existing and emerging HVAC needs across teaching, research, dining, housing, administrative and auxiliary spaces across campus.
