The scope of this Job Order Contract is to provide all labor, equipment and materials for electrical deferred maintenance projects, costing between $20,000 and $700,000 per Job Order. All projects will not exceed a total work value of $2,000,000 per Option Year. The scope will include repair to and/or replacements of existing building electrical systems and fixtures with the possibility of existing hazardous material remediation. The scope may include accessibility improvements and Fire/Life Safety upgrades. Work may require interaction with University's shops' staff during project delivery. Work will take place at UC Davis sites in Yolo and/or Solano Counties. Work on this project does not include any work at any UC Davis leased property, the Primate Center, any project involving federal or other grant funded terms and conditions, or any projects that require the inclusion of Davis-Bacon Wage rates PREQUALIFICATION OF PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS The University has determined that bidders who submit bids on this project must be prequalified. Prequalified bidders will be required to have the following California contractor's license: Electrical "C10"
