** This project has been awarded to Professional Trails LLC in the amount of $297,830.00. ** All proposed Work is located within the Municipality of Anchorage corporate limits and is co-located with the Mountain View Community Recreation Center at 315 Price Street, at William B Lyons Park. The Work included under this Contract consists of but is not limited to: Installation of ADA parking lot striping and signage. Excavation and backfill required for new playground. Installation of 240 feet of playground curb. Installation of P.C.C. sidewalk. Construction of landscape depressions required for drainage. Installation of Owner provided Play Equipment. Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and other facilities necessary to successfully complete the Work set forth in the Drawings and Specifications. This Project shall be substantially complete within forty-five (45) calendar days after the Notice-to-Proceed is issued. Final Completion shall be within thirty (30) calendar days after issuance of Substantial Completion. Questions Due: 5:00 P.M.
