Renovation of a mixed-use development in Oakmont, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project No- 2021192 Questions pertaining to the content of the Bidding Documents shall be directed to Alena Yevdokimova, DRAW Collective, by email at AlenaY@DRAWcollective.com. Questions must be submitted using the Pre-Bid RFI form available on the DFS Website, phone calls will not be accepted. Bids shall be made upon the form provided and shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid amount made payable to or indemnifying the Riverview School District. In addition, submit the following with each bid: Non-Collusion Affidavit, Contractors Qualification Statement, and Certificate of Authority (if applicable). Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in bids and to accept or reject any or all Bids. Project schedule/ alternates: Will be released by addenda. The work of this project includes capital improvement projects at the following three schools for Riverview School District. a. Riverview Jr/Sr High School b. Verner Elementary School c. 10 th Street Elementary
