**As of June 30, 2022, project was awarded toPiccolomini Development, awarded amount is $27, 290.79.** The Pine Run Road Dglvr Project Includes the Labor, Materials, and Equipment Necessary to Remove Existing Culvert Pipes, Install a Storm Inlet and New Culvert Pipes, and Reconstruct the Road Embankment Along Pine Run Road. Proposals Must Be on the Forms Furnished by the Township Engineer. The Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid Price, Made Payable to West Bethlehem Township. Awarded Bidder Shall Provide 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond and 100% Maintenance Bond for the Project. Liquidated Damages Will Apply at the Rate of $500.00 Per Calendar Day. Attention of Bidders Is Called to the Requirements Concerning the Payment of Not Less Than the Prevailing Wage and Salary Rate Provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 for the Pine Run Road Dglvr Project. Bids May Be Held by West Bethlehem Township for a Period Not to Exceed Sixty (60) Days From the Date of Bid Opening for the Purpose of Reviewing the Bids and Investigating the Qualifications of Bidders, Prior to Awarding the Contract.
