**As of June 08, 2022, project was awarded to Landserv, Inc, with an awarded amount of $247,507.50** This project consists of the removal of existing impervious surfaces and construction of a new pedestrian walking path, new curb and gutter, concrete pavers, ADA parking, installation of site furnishings and a small bio-retention area Performance, payment, and maintenance bonds in 100% of the contract amount are also required. The Owner reserves the rights to reject any or all bids, to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities or informalities in a bid or the bidding procedure, and to accept any bid, which it may deem to be for or in its best interest. With their Bid, Bidders must provide Section 3 Utilization and MBE/WBE contacts and commitments. Performance, payment, and maintenance bonds in 100% of the contract amount are also required.
