The Owner reserves the rights to reject any or all bids, to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities or informalities in a bid or the bidding procedure, and to accept any bid, which it may deem to be for or in its best interest. With their Bid, Bidders must provide Section 3 Utilization and MBE/WBE contacts and commitments. Performance, payment, and maintenance bonds in 100% of the contract amount are also required.
