The project generally consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, the following major items: Construction of approximately 30-35 access ramps meeting ADA standards and associated sidewalk, curb, gutter and pavement replacement. The City of Cody reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any informalities if deemed in the best interest of the City. No bid may be considered unless accompanied by of the total bid amount, which shall be forfeited if the bidder is awarded the Contract and fails to enter into a Contract with the Owner. No bidder may withdraw its bid after the scheduled time of the bid opening. Bids are to remain open for 60 days after the bid opening.
