Site work and outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field in Cody, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a 10,240-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.

The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and services necessary for: The furnishing and installation of a new 10,240 square foot Pickleball facility consisting of 4 new courts with fencing, lighting and court accessories and other miscellaneous work as called for in the Plans and Specifications for the CODY RECREATION FOUNDATION, PICKLEBALL COURTS. Sealed envelopes containing bids shall be clearly marked CODY RECREATION FOUNDATION, PICKLEBALL COURTS and shall show the name and address of the Bidder on the outside. Bids which are not prepared and filed in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders may be rejected. The Cody Recreation Foundation reserves the right to reject any and all bids and the right to waive irregularities in bids received. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond with sufficient surety for not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of such bid, payable to and to be forfeited to, the Cody Recreation Foundation as liquidated damages if bidder fails to enter into the contract within thirty (30) days after award to bidder, or fails, at the time of executing the agreement, to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid. Facsimile (fax) or other copies of bonds are not acceptable. NO BID WILL BE CONSIDERED IF NOT ACCOMPANIED BY SUCH BOND OR IF NOT IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 15-1-113, W.S. 1977.
