**As of October 31,2022, project was awarded to Loughridge & Company LLC but awarded amount is not available.** Sealed bids are invited for the construction of the Mountain View Elementary School Additions project at 1757 Avon Street Extended, Charlottesville, VA 22902.The project is generally described as the construction of additions of approximately 16,000 square feet, interior renovations, and associated site work. This is a two-part process, and Part 1 has been completed: Part 1: Prequalification of Bidders: Addendum Two naming Qualified Bidders was posted on May 25, 2022. Part 2: Qualified Bidders to submit Bids on or before September 14, 2022. Albemarle County Public Schools has pre-qualified General Contractors for the project, and bids will only be accepted from the following: 1. Branch Builds 2. English Construction Company, Inc. 3. Kenbridge Construction Co., Inc. 4. Loughridge & Company, LLC 5. Nielsen Builders, Inc. 6. Southwood Building Systems, Inc. The estimated construction cost range for this project is $5M to 10M.
