Electrical upgrades, including new control panels to integrate with the ongoing Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) project, are also included. Engineer's cost estimate: $2M. . Each bidder shall submit the names of the subcontractors performing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, structural steel installation and rebar installation work with whom the bidder, if awarded the contract, will subcontract. The bidder shall not list more than one subcontractor for each category of work identified, except, when subcontractors vary with bid alternates, in which case the bidder must indicate which subcontractor will be used for which alternate. If no subcontractor is listed, the bidder acknowledges that it does not intend to use any subcontractor to perform those items of work.
