The following Request for Qualifications has been developed to solicit proposals from interested and qualified firms to provide construction management at risk services for the construction of the new City of Sanibel Police Department. City of Sanibel Police Department has the following main components: 1. Earthwork (clearing of vegetation, construction of retention area, regrading fill as needed, etc.); 2. Construction of 10,000 square foot new building with parking lot on 1.7 acres; 3. Installation of new driveways and shared use path; 4. Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, lighting, potable water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and other utilities, etc. 5.
