No bidder may withdraw their proposal within a period of ninety (90) days following the date set for receiving proposals. The City of Sanibel reserves the right to hold any and all bids for a period of not more than ninety (90) days and said bids shall be and remain valid and in full force and effect during said period. The City of Sanibel reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities. Estimated Project Value: $7,000,000 - $8,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The following Request for Qualifications has been developed to solicit proposals from interested and qualified firms to provide construction management at risk services for the construction of the new City of Sanibel Police Department. City of Sanibel Police Department has the following main components: 1. Earthwork (clearing of vegetation, construction of retention area, regrading fill as needed, etc.); 2. Construction of 10,000 square foot new building with parking lot on 1.7 acres; 3. Installation of new driveways and shared use path; 4. Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, lighting, potable water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and other utilities, etc. 5. Landscaping During the development of the 100% final design documents by ADG Architecture, LLC the selected construction management at risk firm will work with the ADG architects and City staff and provide value engineering and constructability review services
