Site work and paving for a road / highway in Iola, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Oak Street, pulverize existing asphalt pavement from West Iola Street. Division Court, pulverize existing asphalt pavement from S Iola Street. Fine grade water and compact the remaining pulverized/base course material. Provide traffic control, signage and flagging as needed. Saw cut existing pavement. Village of Iola to provide truck and loader and haul away excess pulverized material if needed. Pave with WisDOT spec. Type 4 LT 58- 28S asphalt mix compacted to an average thickness of 2 1/2 inches. Additional paving projects may be added. All bids must be accompanied by Proof of Insurance and Bonding to the Village of Iola. The Village of Iola reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any, and all bids and to award the contract to the contractor who in the judgement of the Village of Iola will best serve the interest of the Village of Iola. The letting of the described herein project is subject to the provisions of Section 62.15 and 66.29 Wis Statutes. As per the Owner bids must be postmarked 4/21/2022.
