2022 Crack Sealing - Pavement Maintenance Project Crack Sealing of bituminous pavement on various Village Streets The Village of Weston's decision as to the qualifications shall be final. BID GUARANTEE: Proposals shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum bid price, payable to the Village of Weston as a guarantee that the bidder, if the bid is accepted, will execute and file the proposed contract and bonds within 15 days of the award of the contract. The certified check is returnable to the bidder immediately after signing the contract, and acceptance by the Village of Weston of the bonds. A Performance Bond, and also a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, in the amount of 100% of the total bid price, together with the executed contract in the form prescribed by the Village of Weston will be required by the successful bidder. BID REJECTION: The Village of Weston reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Owner. The Village of Weston also reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bidding. Bids shall remain acceptable for a period of ninety (90) days. Prequalification is due by 3/02/2022 by 4:00pm. Bid Opening is 3/9/2022.
