The approximate units of the major work items are as follows: River Road - 9,000 sq yds seal coat Clearview Lane - 9,900 sq yds seal coat A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the total bid price, together with an executed Agreement in the form prescribed by the Town, will be required of the successful bidder. The Town of Weston reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in the bidding, and to award the Contract in the best interest of the Town.
