As of June 23 the project was place on hold and will be out for rebid Village of weston - stone ridge drive rehabilitation project phase 1 (Phase 1) - Traffic Control, Storm Sewer Inlet Rehabilitation/Adjustments, Concrete Curb, Sidewalk/Driveway Approaches removal/replacement and Landscaping/Restoration Work Items. Prequalification statement forms for this project must be submitted to the Village by 4 p.m. local time Friday June 3rd, 2022. These forms must show sufficient financial ability, equipment, and experience to properly perform the Contract in accordance with Section 66.0901(2) Wisconsin Statutes. The Village of Weston's decision as to the qualifications shall be final. Proposals shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of the Bidder's maximum bid price, payable to the Village of Weston as a guarantee that the bidder, if the bid is accepted, will execute and file the proposed contract and bonds within 15 days of the award of the contract. The certified check is returnable to the bidder immediately after signing the contract, and acceptance by the Village of Weston of the bonds. The Village of Weston reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Owner. The Village of Weston also reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bidding. Bids shall remain acceptable for a period of ninety (90) days.
