Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in West Bend, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project generally consists of a base bid and alternate bids for various projects for the work required for the site improvements are new controlled access islands, miscellaneous fencing, landscaping, retaining wall restoration, parking lot expansion with curb and gutter and other miscellaneous site improvements.Bid security is required and shall be by a qualified surety in the form of a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, and shall be submitted with the bid. Failure to submit the required bid security as part of the firmís sealed bid will result in immediate rejection of the firms bid. Accepted bidder will also be required, as a condition precedent to award of contract, to furnish in the amount of 100% of the contract price, satisfactory Performance/ Payment Bond & acceptable Certificate of Insurance. Washington County reserves the right to waive any informalities or technicalities and to reject any and all bids or parts thereof deemed to be unsatisfactory or not in the County's best interest.
