The City of Woodway reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submittals, to waive technicalities, and to take whatever action is in the best interest of the City of Woodway and its citizens. Questions received after the date specified above may not receive response. Any contact or attempt to contact any other employee of the City regarding this RFQ may result in the immediate disqualification of the Proposer. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Only questions answered by formal written addenda will be binding. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
