Maximum: $5,430,378.00 Minimum: $3,149,010.00 Estimated Expenditures $4,289,694 Award Valid April 21, 2022 - April 21, 2023 The award term of the contract shall be for one (1) year from April 21, 2022 - April 21, 2023. Cooperative may, in its sole discretion, exercise the option to extend the contract for up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods. To exercise the option and extend the term of award, Cooperative shall utilize the contact information provided to Cooperative at time of bid submittal to notify respondent.
