The FM 2276 WATER MAIN EXTENSION (UT21-01) project consists of the installation of approximately 900 linear feet of 10-inch water main and associated appurtenances The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: City of Kilgore, 815 N. Kilgore St. Kilgore, TX 75662. Requests for clarification may be directed to Clayton R. Evers, P.E., Director of Public Works, at (903) 988-4118 or clay.evers@cityofkilgore.com. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5 percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid bond. Successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds and proof of insurance, complying with the Contract Agreement. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Bids will remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the Bid opening.
