Replace the following 3 meters : 1 main steam meter from UofM to be replaced with E+H Prowirl F 200 series Vortex Flowmeter as per the utility meter specs provided by University of Manitoba.
1 main condensate Meter from UofM to be replaced with E+H Prowirl Vortex Flowmeter as per the utility meter specs provided by University of Manitoba.
1 main chilled water meter from UofM to be replaced with E+H Promag W 400 series Electromagnetic Flowmeter as per specs the utility meter specs provided by University of Manitoba.
Installation of prerequisite sensors for above 3 meters.
Installation of Direct Digital Computer (DDC) to interface with the Energy Flow computers (Steam, Chilled water & Condensate). The specs and the supplier have been specified by U.of M. and are reflected in the IFT Tender Package. Installation of additional backflow valves, as specified in the IFT Tender Package. As per UofM requirements we require Axon Automation to perform configuration and verification. Axon is the one who set up the radio frequency system at the UofM so they are required as a subtrade to perform setup and commissioning services including setup of the radio transmitter.

Existing wiring may be reused between metering devices. All metering devices except for temperature sensors must be replaced. Temperature sensors do not need to be replaced so long as calibration is verified during meter commissioning.
