If for any reason City Hall is closed due to an unforeseen circumstance, the bid opening will be held on the next business day at the same time. No bids will be accepted after the above stated date and hour. The Purchasing Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to award parts of the order to separate bidders if it appears to be in the public interest to do so.
