The City of Davis is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide the HVAC preventative maintenance services for all City facilities. The required services and performance conditions are described in the Scope of Services. The City of Davis currently has approximately 30 site locations, several of which have multiple buildings, that require HVAC servicing. There are approximately 325 pieces of equipment requiring this regularly scheduled maintenance service. The contract will commence at the date that the agreement is signed and will expire on June 30, 2023. All requests, questions or other communications regarding this RFP shall be made in writing to the City via email only. Questions submitted after the due date or via phone will not be accepted. All substantive questions and answers will be published on the City website and distributed to applicants. Submittal Information Companies interested in submitting a proposal for this project should respond to this RFP with a written proposal providing all the information requested. The proposal will be considered complete only if all of the items listed under the Proposal Requirements are included.
