Site work for a development in Carbondale, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a development.

The construction and installation of native revegetation material in designed zones immediately adjacent to the trailhead and in accordance to the provided landscape plan at the Red Hill Trailhead. The Town of Carbondale Parks & Recreation Department is seeking bids from professional landscape companies with the skills to complete the revegetation goals on site at the Red Hill Trailhead. Landscaping plans, provided by Blue Green, will be provided and are attached to this request for bids. The lump sum bids should include time and materials. The Scope of the Project & the Material Specifications that you are bidding out will need to match the following design criteria: Company must be bonded and insured. Company must be able to provide a Certificate of Insurance with the Town listed as additional insured. Bid for the installation of all material detailed in the landscaping plan is required as a lump sum. Install correct landscape material in the correct location designated on attached map. Company must coordinate work schedule timing and scope of work with the construction company hired by the Town of Carbondale who will be constructing the picnic shade shelter/ outdoor classroom on site. Ability to conduct the work after the picnic shade shelter is finished either in the summer or fall of 2022.
