Renovation of a mixed-use development in Gooding, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
All bids will be forwarded to The Board of Directors who will review the bids at the regular meeting on May 3, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. The Board of Directors reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to either award the bid at that time or to schedule another meeting to award the contract. Measurements can be taken at location anytime from 8:30-4:00 or with scheduled appointment. Contact Jeff Klamm, Principal or Adriana Cervantes, Office Clerk (208) 934 4567 for bid details. A. The Contractor will be expected to act as an independent contractor in providing, managing and facilitating the completion of window replacement project. The Contractor will be expected to manage the day-to-day operation of the system to assure on-time success. The contractor will be expected to maintain a strong and positive public image. The Contractor will be required to provide all labor and equipment required to meet the contract needs and requirements. B. The Contractor will be expected to cooperate closely with the School in the planning, and completing on site work
