The purpose of this plan is to construct restrooms, connective trails, including bituminous, and recycled concrete aggregate, and related grading and site improvements at the existing minsi lake park located in upper mt bethel township, northampton county, pennsylvania. Site work construction Electrical construction Included with the all prime bid submittals over $100k you must provide the contactor/sub-contractor responsibility certification check sheet and also proof of participation in a class "A" apprenticeship program. Must show proof for 3 years of participation. Also a list of all trades or classifications of craft employees you will employ on the project and documentation verifying you participate in a class a apprenticeship program for each trade or classification listed. Sub-contractors must be identified and must also provide all requirements of the responsible contractors certifications
