EPCOR currently has approximately 50 backhoes. To execute a lifecycle replacement program that achieves a lowest total cost of ownership, EPCOR anticipates purchasing upwards of 8 backhoes on a yearly basis for the next four years. EPCOR also has approximately 21 skid steers and 4 mini excavators. Portions of this fleet will also need to be replaced as these units come to the end of their life. The intent of this RFP is to identify Proponents capable of supplying and delivering equipment to various locations through the City of Edmonton (DDP - Incoterms 2020). The types of equipment include but is not limited to new/unused Backhoes, Mini Excavators, Skid Steers and various other equipment throughout the term of the Contract, with an immediate need to procure 8 backhoes as part of this agreement. EPCOR reserves the right to update the specifications of equipment throughout the term of Agreement. EPCOR makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information contained in this RFP. The Proponent is responsible for making its own evaluation of information and data contained in this RFP and in preparing and submitting its Reply.
