Renovation of a municipal facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The purpose of the Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) is to identify a maximum of five (5) qualified Electrical Contractors to assist the Owner with electrical service work, installation and construction work related to power source including low voltage and voltage up to 750 volts. Work may include, but is not limited to, maintenance, preventative maintenance services, electrical systems upgrades, lighting retrofits and renovation projects on all NAIT campuses from May 1, 2022 to April 30, 2025. The intent is to solicit Submissions from suitably qualified Electrical Contractors to provide the Owner with maintenance services, preventative maintenance, as well as electrical systems and equipment supply and/or installation services related to, electrical systems upgrades, lighting retrofits and renovation projects.
