Delnor Construction Ltd. (herein after referred to as “Construction Manager”) has been retained as Construction Manager for the Governors of the University of Alberta (herein after referred to as “University”) for the Construction Management of the ECHA Renovation & Relocation Classroom & Teaching Spaces. The Construction Manager is obtaining Trade Contract bids through a competitive procurement process, with all Trade Contract Agreements being made between Construction Manager and successful (Trade Contractor) Bidders. Award decisions will be made by Construction Manager, and all inquiries with regards to the award process shall be made to Construction Manager. ECHA Renovation & Relocation Classroom & Teaching Spaces. This tender package captures the entire interior renovation including all demolition, architectural, mechanical, and electrical. This tender relates to the Redevelopment of noted areas within the Edmonton Clinic Health Academy.
