The SERVICE PROVIDER must establish unit prices for all the work required for each type of maintenance, namely the sprinkler systems and the fire hoses, for all the installations of the same lot. These unit prices are firm for each year of the contract. The SERVICE PROVIDER must also submit hourly rates for a repair, non-contract work or service call per shift for a fire protection mechanic (journeyman and apprentice). These hourly rates are firm for each year of the contract.
