This includes general maintenance in all seasons of the grounds, lawn, outdoor landscaping and the plants that make them up. The technical services contract will be for a period of 36 months and will begin on 2022-05-17 and end on 2025-05-16. The contract is divided into three (3) scopes: Scope 1: Regular services (horticulture service, lawn mowing, spring cleaning and preparation, fall closing) Scope 2: Additional services required at the request of the Régie Scope 3: Supplies/Materials/Parts (amount set by the Régie) The service provider must submit a unit amount for each horticultural service and an hourly rate for excess needs carried out at the Régie's request as set out in the price schedule. The unit amounts for horticultural services and the hourly rate include the cost of labor and equipment necessary for the execution of the contract as well as general expenses, administration expenses, travel expenses and accommodation, social benefits, profits and other indirect costs inherent in the contract and, when applicable, customs fees and duties, permits, licenses and insurance. The service provider selected is the one who submitted the lowest tender in accordance with the manner described in article 3.21 based on the needs and requirements expressed in these tender documents. The Régie does not undertake to accept any of the offers received, in particular when it deems that the prices are too high or disproportionate or do not reflect a fair price.
