Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 12 Public tender for the maintenance and inspection of sprinkler systems and fire hoses The Project Manager is: Mr. Olivier Bellemare This call for tenders is for the awarding of a service contract for maintenance and inspection of sprinkler systems and fire hoses valid for one (1) firm year, i.e. from June 1, 2022 May 31, 2023, and two (2) renewal options for an additional term of one (1) year each. The SERVICE PROVIDER must establish unit prices for all the work required for each type of maintenance, namely the sprinkler systems and the fire hoses, for all the installations of the same lot. These unit prices are firm for each year of the contract. The SERVICE PROVIDER must also submit hourly rates for a repair, non-contract work or service call per shift for a fire protection mechanic (journeyman and apprentice). These hourly rates are firm for each year of the contract. The office is open from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
