New construction of a fire / police facility in Independence, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the construction of a 5,000-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility.
As of June 6, 2022 This project is awarded to Perkins Carmack with awarded amount of $1,130,000. Project is already under construction. Project consists of a new 5,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building with evidence storage, fitness space, and support facilities. The pre-engineered metal building is owner provided, however the erection and related work shall be included herein as part of the overall project. This is NOT a Prevailing Wage Project This Project NOT is Tax Exempt -Sales taxes are to be included in proposals. The county will utilize direct purchased items after the bid opening. All subs are responsible for taking delivery and storage of their materials.
