Renovation of an educational facility in Etowah, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project will consist of replacing 10 HVAC units. Sizes include (2) 15 ton, (2) 20 ton, (1) Stan, (2)7.5 ton, (1) 10 ton, and (2) 12.5 ton. Existing units must be replaced with a high efficiency model, preferably dual fuel. Bidders should include materials, labor, and removal of existing equipment. All electrical work must be NEC compliant, and all work must pass electrical and gas inspections. All work must be done in compliance with the TN Fire Marshal Office, it is the bidder's responsibility to submit required drawings and obtain approval from the fire marshal's office before beginning work and all final work must pass fire marshal's office inspection. Bidders should include replacement of thermostats with Pelican brand control system or equivalent. All units must be tested and balanced by a third party tester.
